Tonight we catered for the Lions Club monthly dinner at King Edward Community Center..this month was Hearty Beef Stew a roll and either Chocolate or Vanilla Cake. Looking like chicken for next month!

We are very picky on our hams. This one is for personal use...but we use the same ham for catering.

New This Year! Two years ago at the Incredible Editables event we introduced our Roast Beef Sandwich, it was a hit. We have sold it at selected events. Well in ...late August we decided to buy a grill(with second coming soon) to move forward with our Roast Beef Sandwich on our menu this year.
