UPDATE/BREAKING: Another care home in Metro Vancouver has implemented outbreak control measures after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
Later today, the notice below will be posted in the laundry rooms. Please follow the directive of the Provincial Health Officer with respect to social distancing. Thank you.
The notice below will be circulated to the membership later today. Social distancing is not a suggestion, it's the law.
Effective immediately, the Co-op office will be closed to members for the foreseeable future as a cautionary measure against the spread of COVID 19. Members can still contact the staff by phone, email or in writing. **Members will still have access to the laundry card machine**
The water’s back on!!
This bulletin was delivered to the membership this afternoon.
Hi everyone, Power has been restored to all buildings with the exception of Building 6. Water will be restored sometime this evening but when exactly is not known. And, it’s possible it may only be cold water, therefore the boilers will be reset first thing in the morning. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding.
Hi everyone, BC Hydro has restored the power to some buildings. No estimated time as to when we’ll have heat and water.
Hi everyone, The boiler room located in Building 6 (units 2915, 2917, 2919, 2921 & 2923) has flooded. Currently, all apartments & townhouses have no domestic hot water, heat & cold water. As well, BC Hydro has shut off power to Buildings 3, 4, 5 & 6. Fortis has shut off the gas to Building 6. Trinity Plumbing and BC Hydro are onsite . At this time, the co-op has not been provided an approximate time as to when the power, heat and water will be restored. Thank you for your patience.
This is disappointing.

Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner. A big thank you to Terry for organizing this event. Excellent variety of food and a wonderful opportunity to sit down, eat and chat with neighbours.
