Why is international society so interested in paying the Afghan governments for the last 2 centuries? Why are they keep paying if the Afghan politicians and Afghan citizens are so "ungrateful (for the lack of a better term)" and not capable of effectively using what they are receiving? Why do all the presidents of Afghanistan emphasize on dignified international partnerships based on mutual economic benefits rather than aid and charity, but all they get is aid and no factor...ies? Why are international aid agencies so interested in spending billions in Afghanistan despite the fact they know since the early days that their projects are short-lived and mostly not welcomed by the general public? ... #InternationalDevelopment
