Be Safe From Corona Virus. To protect yourself, the World Health Organization (WHO) says it's more important to: 1- cover your mouth and nose while sneezing, with a tissue or your elbow... 2- put the tissue straight into a closed bin 3- wash your hands regularly with soap and water or sanitiser 4- keep your distance from people who are coughing and 5- 5- 5- sneezing (at least one metre) Don't bother: 1- eating garlic 2- gargling mouthwash 3- rinsing your nose with saline 4- using sesame oil under the nose
