Pendlay to bent over barbell row. Like the deadlift and squat, you want to focus on taking in a good breath on the way up (concentric) and exhaling on the way down (eccentric). you want to have your back parallel with the bar and focus on bracing that core and avoid having the lower back go into flexion or extension throughout the move This is week 1 of 10 done of my new upper/lower split, and I'm gassed. I'm looking forward to working more on the technique as this exercise is relatively new to me and then begin increasing the weight. In the year 2019, I just got back from a hectic vacation in Vegas. The first photo shows a guy who didn't care too much about fitness and his overall health. He was trying but wasn't consistent wasn't staying true to himself. That same year this guy got into a car accident, which sparked a flame under his ass to shift it into gear before it's too late. Fast forward to 2021; this guy is ready to launch his exercise and wellness program to serve others. My dream and my goal as a kid has always to give back to people to help them mould and shape them into the best version of themselves.
