So this happened. our 12 year old daughter is the proud foster mama of 2 ducklings, hatched just yesterday we picked them up 3 hours later. it’s a wonderful idea during this isolation for a child to have a sense of purpose and responsibility and something lovely to look forward to each day -it’s educational as well. So far she’s over the moon and the ducklings have imprinted on her and waddled around behind her (pooping) all day- so precious! @ Newcastle, Ontario
