The important of using an OEM Dealership. The previous oil change was done by an aftermarket shop. The blue filter is our genuine OEM Kia filter. The white filter was installed by the previous shop. Complete wrong size. The part number matches a GM vehicle. Had this vehicle of come in with an engine issue there is a chance the entire claim would be turned down. We though it was important to post this. The customer did things correctly by having an oil change and was unknowingly put into risk.
