Happy Monday. This was a perfect quote for me so thought I’d share. I’m one month in to really committing to myself and my LIFESTYLE change just just a quick diet. I feel so much better already and look forward to the continued changes. Normally I’d share how much weight I’ve lost so far or what I e done but the honest truth is now all that doesn’t matter to me. My goal is not a number my goal is health and happiness, and continue to just move forward.
Happy Monday. New week new goals fresh start. In case anyone had too many chocolate bunnies LOL today is a new day. Make it a great week.
Great track workout today. Great group of women all supporting each other. It felt great to be outside and moving. Side note we all worked out separately as our own workout only quickly took a pic so ALL rules were followed.
This is an example of my break fast meal. I’m often asked what I eat first after my fast is over and whether it’s your breakfast or break fast it’s important to get some good nutrition into your body. For myself I use it as a break fast then have a lunch and dinner. I keep my first meal a bit smaller but more importantly I only eat whole foods. Today I had 1 cup of fruit 1/2 grapes 1/2 raspberries and a handful of sunflower seeds and two hard boiled eggs but I only eat one egg yolk the other egg I just eat the whites for extra protein. I have my protein carbs and healthy fats here and I truly enjoy this more than the cereal or breakfast sandwiches I was eating. Small changes add up.

Hello March. New week new month new focus. I’m looking forward to getting this month started. It’s getting nicer outside, more sun and my challenge starting that I’m really excited about. Have a great first day of March.
This image spoke to me. I’m definitely a all in or all out type personality, and when it comes to my wellness journey sometimes that can set me back. I’ve struggled for years with me weight and can’t tell you how many times I’ve lost and gained 100 pounds. I believe a lot of it is because I’m so strict with myself that after 4-5 months I just can’t maintain and I get overwhelmed with how much further I have to go. This time I’m going to follow my own advice I give to others. Small steps and small goals at a time. This image shows all small steps not only eventually get you to the top but you also get there a lot easier.

Saturday workout complete. Took a active rest day yesterday and right back at it today. One week down many more to go but already feeling better. Showing two different variations of back rows. No matter what your fitness level trust me you can get started.
Happy Monday everyone. Looks like today will be a snow day. I have to say I love the snow minus the shoveling lol however it will be a warm up to my workout today. Hope everyone has a great start to your week and stay safe.
I woke up this morning and went to get out of bed and fell back down lol. My body is so sore. I didn’t go to sleep feeling that tight but my legs this morning definitely are feeling the workouts. I thought I’d post this because some people think just stopping moving is the answer. It’s important to listen to your body so for me today I definitely need to take it easy. I will just be doing my indoor bike and some stretching. Here is a list of great exercises to keep you moving in a safe way. ALWAYS listen to your body.
I’m excited to announce the upcoming 90 day challenge. Starting March 15. I can’t wait to get this started I have a lot of great mini challenges along the way. Weekly workout, at home workouts, wellness component, nutrition, weekly challenges plus more. This will go until June perfect for the summer. I know many people are having a hard time staying at home and some have stopped their routine this is the perfect way to get back at it. Online is also available.
Happy Valentine’s Day. I have the best son always doing the little things to make me feel loved I appreciate these things very much and very thankful.
Wednesday workout was boxing. I did it with him as well. I found it a great workout both physically and emotionally. Sometimes you just need to punch
With many people working from home and assisting children with online learning today’s challenge is every hour take a 5 minute movement break. It can be anything at all walk, dance, play around with your children, quick little exercise routine anything at all that gets you up from sitting down. Please feel free to comment what you did. Day 2 morning walk complete. Definitely felt a little more aches than I did yesterday but I just took my time it’s all part of the process. Someone got a little bit cold and couldn’t quite make it all the way back. It definitely feels good to get outside and get moving.
Hope a lot of you were able to do yesterday’s challenge. A few people private messaged me with pics of them doing it which was great. Some people were at almost 200 squats after all their rooms. Today’s challenge is every time you go into your kitchen for any reason have one cup of water and do 10 push-ups. Ideally this happens at least 5 times. Good luck and don’t cheat yourself try to do this every time you enter the kitchen.
Good morning everyone, for the remainder of this week I’m going to be posting small challenges for you all to complete. Hopefully just a small way to help you with any movement New Years goals. Today’s challenge is to complete 15 squats in every room in your house. Yes every room including bedrooms. It can be done all at once or room at a time completely up to you just by the end of today you want to be finished all rooms for tomorrow will be a new challenge. Have fun everyone
Happy New Year and happy first Monday of 2021. I’m looking forward to this new year it’s a fresh start. Last year wasn’t the greatest and I’ve sat around not doing anything about the changes I want to see happen. Unfortunately it was easy to just sit back and let life just happen instead of living. I’m grateful for 2020 as I learned a lot of lessons but now it’s my turn to create the life I want. So I’m looking forward to filling my blank pages and excited to see what things are ahead.

This was my lunch. Sometimes it’s just about choices. I didn’t have a long break today so if I had a regular cooked lunch I would not have had time for my workout so I decided to just put a quick plate together with some things that are easy to take with me, and I made time for everything. Then on my next break had a small side salad for more veggies. Turkey sticks are something I usually wouldn’t eat because the sodium is very high but had some in the fridge for my son and they were quick.
This is what I call commitment. No excuses just get it done. Doing lots of outdoor workouts due to covid. There’s always a way
