Firstly I would like to thank everyone for respecting and following our Covid Protocols. You have all done a great job!! A quick reminder that all students must stay in their vehicle until waived into the Center for your class. ( usually 5 mins prior, pending on completion of cleaning protocol ). Absolutely NO drop offs prior to being waived in, aswell as we remind all pickups to be 5mins early, especially as cold weather approaches. Grading Sat Oct 3rd ... - you welcome yourself in the Center and stand physically distanced no more than 5 mins prior to your grade time - everyone must sanitize in and out please, prior to taking footwear off - 1 parent or guardian per grading student only Thankyou!!

Firstly I hope everyone had a great and happy Christmas Holiday Season spending valued time with their Family. This year is a true reflection of what we need to be greatful for time spent with those we love, something we cannot buy. I would like to wish everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year with many great and positive things to look forward to!! As you are all aware the Provincial Government has placed us in a lockdown state, which means we will temporarily not be able to ho...ld in-person classes. BUT like we faced back in the SPRING I had to also dig deep and use the 100-time Rule and see how to handle the situation we were faced with. We did turn to a VIRTUAL setting for our classes and it was a GREAT SUCCESS, even PERFORMING VIRTUAL GRADUATIONS FOR OUR KYU BELTS. This was new territory for us but WE all faced it with CONFIDENCE and SUCCEEDED!! We returned to classes with a FULLY RENOVATED CENTER AND A STRONGER ENERGY! I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR EFFORT HERE AND CONTINUED SUPPORT OF THE CENTER BECAUSE WITHOUT YOU THERE IS NO US! I AM GRATEFUL FOR YOU ALL! As of Monday January 4/21 we will once again return to VIRTUAL CLASSES for the Center with a similiar schedule as we have now. The Class times will be posted in an email to you in the coming days. We will once again operate off of the ZOOM platform. You can use 1 of 2 methods, either download ( zoom.us/download ) on your laptop or desktop and once downloaded click CLIENT MEETINGS then RUN INSTALLER and follow the straight forward instructions OR you can use your MOBILE DEVICE and download the APP which is called ZOOM CLOUD MEETINGS / enter your name / follow step by step info / join the meeting in the ID #'s which will be mailed out to you on Sundays for the upcoming week ahead. SOME KEY HINTS FOR THE VIRTUAL CLASSES ARE AS FOLLOWS - keep the environment clear of distractions - students in uniform as we are in classes normally - you may also find it helpful to mirror your device to a large screen TV and/or use a plugin cord to the TV - be ready to login to your class 5 mins prior Once we are deemed safe to return to our in-person classes ( the lockdown ends Jan 23/21 ) then we will return to our regular current schedule we were operating on prior to Christmas Break. WE WILL GET THROUGH THESE CHALLENGING TIMES FOR THE WORLD AS WE UNITE AND PERSEVERE TOGETHER!! KEEP SAFE EVERYONE AND SEE YOU SOON VIRTUALLY!!! SENSEI STEVE
