Happy New Year! We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Start Me Up Niagara and Silver Spire United Church to be able to offer indoor KidFit sessions! We always wanted to be able to have fitness available to those without the means or opportunity - so with our FREE sessions in this downtown church gym, we hope to do just that!... We don't have a starting date quite yet but we're excited to share the news! Please share this post and come on out! Good afternoon all, I dont like the idea of cancelling on a nice day but this evening is cancelled due to high humidex. We dont want anyone over exerting and dehydrating... there would be limited value in pushing hard in this type of heat. See you all next week. If possible i will look to make up rain/high humidity days.
