New Program Alert!! Starting March 16th

Hi Team, I hope all is well and you are keeping safe during these times. I am excited to announce KID FIT has now opened a new time slot for ages 5-8 yr old's starting March 16th which will run Tuesday & Thursday from 4-5... WE HAVE 6 SPACES LEFT Please note our classes for ages 9+ Tuesday 5-6 is FULL. We do have TWO spot's left on Thursday 5-6 There has been interest in more time slots becoming available for the age group 9+, if there is a particular day that would be of interest I would love to receive your feedback. There has also been talk of starting a children's yoga class, I would love to hear your thoughts on this as well. TEAM WORK THURSDAY Tonight as a team we completed everything on the board!! That’s over 2300 movements!!! PLUS Sitara has improved on her push-up 10 fold!! So proud of the kids after they worked their hardest tonight.

We are excited to announce that KidFit will startback up. The official start date is Tuesday, September 15th at 5 pm. The weekly schedule will be Tuesdays at 5 pm until November 17th (November 17th will be the final class of the session) Alex is excited to get back with the young athletes and have some fun with fitness! If you would like to buy a 1 month membership the cost is $35/month. You also have the option of paying a drop in fee each time ($10 cash)....
