Thanks to TD for giving our MB team (First Nations Health and Social Secretariat of Manitoba, SOGH’s Chronic Disease Innovation Centre & Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Manitoba) funds to help screen an additional 3,000 people for diabetes, high blood pressure and kidney disease. Early detection & treatment can help prevent or delay kidney failure and the need for dialysis. Kidney Check brings point-of-care testing to rural and remote First Nations, giving participants more opportunities to keep their kidneys healthy for as long as possible. https://newsroom.td.com//the-2019-td-ready-challenge-resha
