Building our own marble run!! Marble runs are great for open-ended building! Engineering or building something- slopes, bends, twists, turns, gravity, heights, etc make building a marble run challenging, but fun. Problem solving and trial and error Patience- it can take a LONG time to build a big marble run! Perseverance- Building a marble run isn’t easy and can be difficult at times. But, sticking with the process and not giving up helps build patience and perseverance.... Creativity- There are lots of ways to build and construct marble runs, so the possibilities are endless. And, each marble run built is to be different! Cooperation not everyone has the same idea, so when building a marble run, cooperation is needed so that everyone can participate while building a successful marble run. We are not done yet!!! Watch for updates!!! See more

Want to build a bridge?? Every lego creation is a work of art and engineering, and a child’s imagination is the only limit to their creations! Check out the excitement on their faces when their bridge stayed up on its own and then again when the cars were able to drive on it without it breaking the bridge!!
It’s a mini bowling kind of day! (More videos in comments)
Team building activities today! This activity fosters hand-eye coordination, patience, and forethought.
Forts are fantastic!!! They give children the ability to create their own special places; they are figuring out their nearby world as well as starting to become independent. It also fosters teamwork! One of the most important lessons kids can learn, one that will continue to benefit them their entire lives, is how to work with others as a part of a team. Teamwork is important not only in childhood, but it also helps kids succeed as adults.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!
We are sliding into Winter break with lots of laughs!
