Disinformation Warriors is an online community project by Calgary Animated Objects Society (CAOS) that encourages media literacy and critical thinking in youth. They are offering a FREE 8-part workshop where you will learn the art of animation and how to become a good digital citizen online by creating your own animated gifs, cartoons and/or memes that help educate the public on media literacy and the dangers of false information online! Thanks for passing the sign Big Brothers Big Sisters of Calgary and Area ! Our volunteers make a difference in many ways as they share their time and talent, assisting the KUF team in continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of deserving kiddos and their families through fundraising, packaging of toys/donated goods, Kids At Home packages, pick ups and deliveries, reading with kiddos virtually (e wee read sr.), and helping with live virtual opportunities on our social media channels!
