With the recent announcement from CMHC regarding their lending guidelines, many were sure that the other two insurers, Genworth and Canada Guaranty would follow suit making it that much harder for borrowers to qualify. Some good news today, it has been confirmed that neither have any intention on doing so and will keep their lending guidelines the same.
