This resource involves nêhiyawewin, guided imagery, song, and traditional sounds and will be accessible to all through various media platforms.

Become the best version of yourself in 2021. The School of Continuing Education is launching two new courses that focus on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Acc...essibility (IDEA). Enhance your knowledge and reflect on individual and institutional diversity and inclusion. We are also proud to announce the #MakeItAwkward Bursary, which will provide funds for two learners to take our Compassionate, Collaborative, and Inclusive Leadership: Anti-Racism Capacity-Building course for FREE. The bursary is available for individuals who self-identify as BIPOC. You can apply for one of two bursaries by confidentially emailing a letter of intent (500 words) to [email protected] by 11:59pm, January 3rd, 2021. Your letter should explain why you are interested in taking this course, and how the course will help you serve the community. Recipients will be chosen and contacted by January 6th, 2021. If so, then apply to join our Research Knowledge Nest as a Research Assistant! We’re currently looking for up to four Indigenous post-secondary students or recent graduates to develop research and analytical skills in a supportive environment. It’s a 12-month paid contract (May 2021 April 2022) where you will: - participate in key Indspire initiatives, working with data to uncover insights about Indigenous education; - produce original research and reports; - be mentored by Indigenous and non-Indigenous researchers and research institutions; - take on projects in an environment designed to develop your data & research skills.
