If there's one thing I have learned in Jiu-Jitsu is that fighting force with force is never the most energy efficient approach in a fight (or in life), we must use technique in order to overcome power. Being upset right now for things that are beyond our control and we probably can't change no matter how much we complain (...the government) is like fighting power with power and a waste of energy. Instead, let's take a deep breath (Rickson's style, either you know it or you don't), remain patient and be nice to each other like we were at the beginning of this pandemic when everybody came forward to help each other. Remember, goodwill can overcome any obstacle. Also, let's plan our future, write down our goals and remain hopeful for a brighter future. Because it is just around the corner!
