Are you pregnant? The KFFRC's Healthy Baby Club now offers a choice of in-person or virtual prenatal sessions, with an evening session available! With information on topics such as labour and delivery, breastfeeding, and nutrition, plus a weekly giftcard towards healthy food, and of course amazing support from our resource mothers! Looking for something to do in the evening with your child? Active play takes place every Monday 6-7 at the Goulds Rec Centre! Open for ages 18m-5. No need to register :)
