We will be open Saturday's and Sunday's thru April. No Easter event due to the current restrictions. Please do your part to keep BC safe.

Provides support and maintenance for both the Historic Site and Campground. Please note that the staffing of the position and its duration are conditional on the approval of the grant application. Duties include: lawn mowing, weed control, trash collection, daily campsite preparation, firewood delivery, beach maintenance, washroom cleaning and supervision, garden watering, etc General customer service to campground & historic site patrons and visitors by providing inform...ation regarding facilities, rules & regulations, social distancing, and traffic control Assists with selection and purchase of plant material, shrubs, soil, etc. as required Prepares flower beds, plants material and maintains the beds Prepares and maintains vegetable garden Plants and maintains appropriate shrubbery on the site Responsible for upholding pandemic related protocols & cleanliness, including ensuring supplies are refilled for visitors and facilities are sanitized Conducts general maintenance tasks including painting, fence repair and duties as required Updates cleaning logs and checklists Wear site provided uniform or historic costume Reports any repairs or maintenance issues Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regula See more

HALLOWEEN SPIRITED TOURS Join us this Halloween weekend for a tour laced with spine-tingling stories of a historic nature.
