#BellLetsTalk Today we talk about Mental Health. With this Pandemic it’s all to apparent that Mental Health is very real. We should be talking about it everyday. Stop the stigma that it’s all in someone’s head,and they can get over it with the snap of your fingers! Normalize talking about it! Taking time for yourself, knowing your limits, saying no. Calling a friend, video chatting even having a distanced talk in the grocery store can help. It reminds us we are not alone, ca...n make us feel refreshed. Other things that can help. Meditation- don’t knock it until you try it. If you’re feeling weighed down, in a cloud of negativity? Try sage. Sage helps clear negative energy of spaces as well as yourself. Struggling with anxiety? Try going into a room that’s quiet and no distractions. Lay on my floor and breathe! Count to 8 in and count to 8 again letting your breath out. Do this until your heart rate slows back to normal. Physical touch is so important right now. So getting your partner/kids to hug you, hold your hand will help. If you live alone try video chatting with someone you love, cuddle your pet, go for a drive! If you ever needing someone else to talk to, feeling deprived of physical touch then please come get a massage! If you need more, please reach out to someone. There is help out there!!
