TECH DAY!!!!!!!
KILLER BUSINESS: THE MUSICAL It’s a musical murder mystery and it’s a murder mystery musical. Rob Torr, Ken MacDougall and Saul Segal wrote it, with the talented cast headlined by David Keeley, who does hard-boiled better than any egg, and Tess Benger, who is perky and appealing enough to serve as a motive for mayhem any day of the week.
The world premiere of Killer Business The Musical begins in 6 days! Have you got your tickets yet?
Geoffrey Whynot - Director Geoffrey has directed extensively at Regina’s renowned Globe Theatre (Mrs. Dexter and Her Daily, Anne of Green Gables, Marion Bridge, Over the River Stones in His Pockets, A Closer Walk with Patsy Cline, among others), at the Weathervane Playhouse in Ohio (Forever Plaid, Pirates of Penzance), and in Toronto (Will he nill He, and Not in This Lifetime, Jean Harlow). He has directed at the University of Windsor (The Boys from Syracuse) and Sheridan College (Grease!), and is the founding Director of the Globe Theatre Conservatory Actor Training Program.

Rob Torr - Music, Book and Lyrics Rob has been writing songs since he was 5, and couldn’t be happier to see Killer Business The Musical lifted off the page and put on the stage. Past writing successes are Hipcheck the Musical at the Toronto Fringe in 2009. It received the Patron’s Pick and the Best of the Fringe, Canada in Love co-written with Stephanie Graham for Smile Theatres 2011 season, a oneman show Sentimental Christmas also for Smile Theatre, and Berlin, Broadway and Beyond, a two hander celebrating the music of Broadway and Irving Berlin. Musicals that are still in the works are Nickleby, Hood, Right of Way, and Noah a musical about a guy and his boat. Thanks to his Mom, Jayne and Todd. But mostly to his wife, Steph who has been behind this project from the start. He is nothing without her.
