This is strictly informational. Yes these are our delicious cheddar herb bagels however, believe it or not, these are gluten-free. With our daughter potentially having reactions to gluten, and knowing our cheddar herb bagels are her favourite, I challenged myself to figure out a balanced bagel recipe that doesn't have the density of a hockey puck. Well today we have made a great tasting version and has some lightness to it's texture. She was ecstatic and loved them! So our question is to the gluten-free folks, knowing what you pay for a basic (plain, sesame or poppyseed) gluten-free bagel...what would you expect to pay for a cheddar herb? We are not putting it on the menu but would be interested to see the interest and what people would pay knowing pricing of gluten-free bagels and ingredients. Just comment below. Thank you all!

As promised, a new spring/summer inspired flavour and an old classic combination using two of our flavours. First our new flavour we will call Tropical Breeze. Inspired by one of our favorite flavours of smoothies we enjoyed in Florida. This is a combination of our coconut cookie, and 4 of our delicious French buttercreams. (From left to right) banana, pineapple, passion fruit and mango. The colours remind us of the sitting on a beach with beautiful blue water, watching the d...ifferent stages of the sun, from bright day sun, thru to the gorgeous evening sunsets as it goes to orange colours. And our classic combination is none other than a Creamsicle. Combining our orange flavoured cookie with our vanilla bean French buttercream. Many have enjoyed these summertime treats during the spring and summer days. Now, if you are interested, we have some samples available to pick up.
