In the spirit of the holiday a Shamrock Shake with Matcha! Ingredients 1 14-ounce (414 ml) can light or full fat* coconut milk, frozen into ice cubes 1/4 - 1/2 tsp peppermint oil / extract... 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp (3 g) fresh mint optional: 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder 3 -4 Tbsp (45-60 g) coconut cream* (for creaminess) 1/2 - 3/4 cup (120-180 ml) unsweetened plain almond milk (or more light coconut milk) 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) maple syrup (or sub stevia or agave nectar to taste) optional: 1 cup (30 g) loosely packed spinach (frozen for colder shake | organic when possible ) optional: 1 Tbsp (5 g) cacao nibs, for serving See more
