We always talk about loving ourselves but until last December I had no idea how to go about it. As with all relationships love is a verb and so rather than just walking around hoping that I would feel love for myself I am realizing I have to take action. Louise Hay has this wonderful tool called mirror work where you look into the mirror and you tell yourself how much you love and approve of yourself and you do it not just once but as many times as you can in a day. When I practice this it absolutely works. Sometimes when I can't get to a mirror it helps to have some pictures that I can look at. I would like to challenge anyone who's up for it to create some self-love memes and post them here.

Hello to everyone who likes my Kimberlink Consulting page. The spirit of change is stirring and a new chapter is beginning. Welcome to the birth of Kimberlink Healing! ... In May I took my Heal Your Life Workshop facilitator and coaching training based on the philosophies of Louise Hay. Great changes can happen in your life when you love yourself and put out positive thoughts into the world. It's easy to say of course and takes a lot more time and practice to do but it is so possible and completely worth it! Stay tuned! One of my favorite things to do is to facilitate True Colors Personality workshops for teams of staff. So cool to watch people learn more about themselves and each other so that they can work together better. I still have some openings in late May and June. They inspire me. Facilitated a True Colors workshop for a great group of youth who are discovering themselves and beginning their career development journeys at McBride Career group. Super bummed though because my pictures didnt turn out. I love using True Colors to help people better understand themselves and others

My closest friends, family and espaicially those who work with me can attest to this: I am not perfect nor do I have it all together. I may be great at guiding others in their journeys and....I will always have more of my own growth work to do. I am currently working with a Heal Your Life coach to overcome some old ideas and behaviors that are showing up at work. I am excited about this process!

It sure as heck doesn't feel like this sometimes but I am really finding this to be true. Especially uncomfortable experiences force me to grow.
