Welcome Everyone! I am super excited to announce the opening of my new Home Care Business. I will be offering professional, affordable in home Nursing and Care Giving Services to the residents of Greater Sudbury. I will be officially open for business as of March 1st and can't wait to start serving my local communities. In the mean time I need your help to get the word out there so my business can grow. My name is Kim Depatie and I am a Registered Practical Nurse, a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), a member of the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario (RPNAO) and the proud owner of Kind Hearts Home Care. My background includes working in Long Term Care where I developed a passion for working with seniors and challenged adults. I realized firsthand that there was a need for consistent quality care and how important continuity is to clients. I lef...t Long Term Care and together with my husbands support we opened Kind Hearts Home Care in March of 2019. At Kind Hearts we focus on providing exceptional care in a professional and caring manner and we strive to provide consistency and continuity to all our clients. When our doors opened in 2019 Kind Hearts was ran by myself and the response from our local communities was a positive one it was obvious that this was a much needed service. I quickly realized that I was not going to be able to run Kind Hearts by myself and that I needed to start building my team. By the end of the first year Kind Hearts was running smoothly and we found ourselves with a staff of 10 Personal Support Workers. Shortly into our first year we expanded into Footcare and I hired my first RN who specializes in Advanced and Diabetic Footcare and offers a mobile service, this is a service we are very proud to offer and has grown very quickly. We are now into our third year and in the middle of a pandemic, and in light of the current situation we are recognizing the need to add services. We are thrilled to have hired a Certified hair stylist and will be offering in home services as soon as restrictions from the government are lifted. We have also noticed an increased need for our House Keeping services and our pleased that this is a service we can offer and help keep our clients safe and healthy. We are excited for the future and will continually strive to meet and exceed our clients needs. Sometimes miracles are just good people with Kind Hearts.

Rainy days gives us a "guilt free" opportunity to get more work done at the Kind Hearts office. Even though we do miss the sunshine. Hope everyone has a guilt free day!

Happy to say I got my 1st dose of the Covid-19 Vaccine. Keeping our clients safe is our 1st priority!

Super excited to announce that March is our birthday month! I can't believe two years have gone by already! I guess the saying is true, time flies when you're having fun!! I would like to thank everyone who has been beside me on this journey I could not of done it without your continuing support. I am very excited to announce that beginning in April we will be offering a new in home service to our clients!! Starting April 1st clients will be able to book in home Hair Dressing appointments right in the comfort of their own home. I believe with the Pandemic amongst us this will be a very valuable service for our seniors! I will end by thanking all of our clients for trusting in us to keep them safe and provide them with the care they need and deserve.
