Retired from racing for quite a few years now, both turned 19 years old this year. Between them, they have 21 wins, and both were winners 30% of the races they were in. Good boys

Saw this fellow today. I believe he is a Northern Flicker woodpecker. I’ve never seen one before despite the fact that they are a common bird. I love his markings. Second photo in comments.

Good morning I believe this is a juvenile male Goldfinch, as all his bright yellow feathers haven’t filled in yet. But if anyone who know about birds knows the right answer, please feel free to let me know. :)
