While most sales are filled with excitement, some are also a little more difficult. After a recent loss of their parent my adult clients were left with the task of selling their childhood home. The sale was a complete success and they were thrilled with the outcome however, leaving the home behind was bitter sweet. As a closing gift I commissioned a custom painting of the home for them by local artist Diane Daigle. These clients will now always have a piece of their childhood home with them.
