This beauty went out last week for a birthday celebration! Coconut lime cake, with lime curd between layers, and coconut Swiss meringue buttercream. Topped with toasted coconut and lime zest. Truthfully- I ran out of icing and didn't have time to cook up more egg whites and sugar for another catch of icing. So what to do in a pinch?? Good thing I bought extra limes!! Another Easter come and gone, another year of baking paska complete (actually was complete last weekend, but when you spend a week living on bread and icing, you forget to post) Rules of paska: sprinkles are a must. Cake pops for days!! I've been working at turning leftover cake pieces into cake pops the last week or so- and I have a good selection for anyone who may be looking for a special Easter treat, or just a mid week treat Featured here are the following: toasted coconut (vanilla coconut cake with coconut icing), banana bread (banana bread with vanilla icing), pistachio (vanilla cake with pistachio cream cheese icing), Oreo (chocolate cake with crushed up white chocolate Oreos a...nd vanilla icing), chocolate (chocolate cake with chocolate icing) and peanut butter (vanilla cake with peanut butter icing). Limited quantities of toasted coconut and Oreo (about a half dozen or less of those two), and about a dozen (or a few more) of the other varieties. Mix and match- $20/dozen. Wow! You have wiped me clean of hot chocolate bombs! These are the only ones I have left (not pictured is a regular milk chocolate bomb, BC I accidentally oversold those and need to make 3 more ). I have dark chocolate bombs with regular hot chocolate mix with mini marshmallows, as well as with Rolo hot chocolate mix. Same available as milk chocolate bombs. Also creating a white chocolate bomb with candy cane hot chocolate inside.... Hot chocolate bombs are $3 each. 1 dozen available of each variety. Once they are gone, they are gone!

You know you might have a sprinkle "problem" when your advent calendar is composed entirely of sprinkles. So exciting to see what sprinkles I find every day! So far, some of the variety I've opened includes "for peeps sake", "sno globe" and "gnome for the holidays". Hear ye, hear ye! The holidays are coming, and I will be starting to announce my cookie list this week and next, so stay tuned! I don't believe I'll be decorating sugar cookies this year (what with the little one), but I will be doing sugar cookie boxes! Boxes will be available either Dec 12 or Dec 19- let me know which week you want them for! As always, each box will contain 12 sugar cookies, 4 icing packs, and 4 sprinkle packs. $20/box. #halloweencookieboxes ready to roll for some Halloween decorating fun!
