Happy Sunday take time for you today just like every other day of the week peepsEven if kindness to you is 15 minutes with no noise and just sitting DO IT Plan your week ahead to avoid things that make you say S$$T I forgot all about that. WRITE IT ALL DOWN. The data bank on top of your shoulders is not always reliable. Those things can throw an either week out the window. Take what resonates for you and the rest just let go ofBgood2U

NON-TRICKY TIPS FOR A SPOOKY SAFE HALLOWEEN Don't trick-or-treat, hand out treats, or go to a party if you have even mild symptoms, or you're in isolation/qu...arantine Choose costumes that allow your child to wear a non-medical mask If you can, knock instead of pushing doorbells, or keep 2 metres from the door or porch and call trick or treat. Make sure the person calling is wearing a mask. Keep a healthy distance from trick-or-treaters. If possible, hand out candy from the driveway, open garage, or lawn instead of your front door. You can print special Halloween posters to hang in your window or place on your door. They'll let trick-or-treaters know if you’re open for boo-ness and handing out candy this year. Get them and see more tips at alberta.ca/halloween

Chronic, invisible (to people who don't take time to learn about mental illness or get to know a person with mental health challenges) and life-threatening ment...al health challenges are disabilities which are protected by Canadian human rights and disability legislation. Unfortunately you have to fight for these rights to be recognized if you don't have privilege. Mental health disabilities must be accommodated in all societal systems and people must be provided with equitable access. #ymhc See more
