Kim's Frozen Cuisine

We were given a fruit called Quince. To be honest I am not familiar with the fruit. It has a strong pear/apple/peach flavour. I have a German cook book I love and there is a Quince Jelly recipe. I am giving it a try. I will post the end result. It looks pretty simple to make but, simple can almost mean difficult.

I will be posting soon for Sweet Trays for Christmas. Last year I had 3 sizes of trays available with assorted squares. I would like to do that again. I will have a pick up time hopefully in the new restaurant.

Thank you to a friend of Kai's we were given 7 pie pumpkin's. I cooked them and froze the filling. I can't wait to use it! Maybe pumpkin loaf? Muffins? Cheesecake?
