This is who the Griffintown REM station should be named after... I will always remember him with his big grin and great laugh. I’m devastated to hear the news of the passing of Father John Walsh... he was a pillar in the Irish Community and a man who saw no colour, language, socio-economic class or religion - no matter what you believed in, Father John knew that there was room for you in his heart and in his arms. And boy did he give the best hugs!! Irish events won’t be the same without him. The city won’t be the same without him... RIP Father John
