My lovely new laundry room! We had a hot water tank leak waaay back in November and now our laundry room is officially complete. I couldn’t take pictures until the laundry room sign by @whimsydaisydesign was hanging on the wall. I found the light fixture (painted it black) for $50 and the upper shelf (sanded it down) for $30 @squamishrebuild. MOUTH TAPING ... why would you want to do that? After reading the book Breath by James Nestor, I decided to really commit to taping my mouth shut at night because I had been noticing my mouth getting very dry at night. I had tried it once before but only for a couple nights. I have now been taping my mouth shut for months and noticed that my mouth is no longer dry, I don’t get as stuffed up, I’m sleeping better and strangely I don’t have to get up to pee anymore.
