Well, here we go again...the KBC leadership team has decided that, in light of the province’s recent stay at home order and the sharply rising number of infections in Grey-Bruce, the church will be closing to the public for a period of at least 28 days. We respect the health and safety of the people in our congregation, God’s church. We, of course, respect the desire of so many people to attend church in person and don’t worry - we will - as soon as it is safe to do so! Until then, we will meet via Zoom on Sundays at 11 am. Trusting God is not about ignoring your feelings or reality. It is not pretending everything is ok when it isn’t. Trusting God is living a life of belief in and obedience to God even when it’s difficult. Trusting in him means believing that what he says about himself, about the world and about you is true - he loves you and has good in store for you.

The veil of darkness transformed to the brightest light. The most dreadful end became the most beautiful beginning. The depths of despair fade to reveal hope everlasting. The curse of death defeated by eternal life.
