Alright finally we have stairs almost done, Victor and his crew are working hard in the hot weather! Very nice young man and polite, stop by and have a look where your donation dollars are going. While they are doing that Amanda and her Dad are getting going on the railings. They will be something special! Please bear with us a little longer with the mess! Thanks to all the volunteers who helped a bit with getting the stairs ready for Vic and his crew.
Alright everyone we've been busy this last month! A huge thanks to all that came out to help with the parade! It was really sad not to see more of our members there, but maybe next time! We should have stairs in the next week! Thanks to Amanda and her dad at E andG Welding. Another set of good news ...our Grey Cup Tickets are out! Thanks Carol for doing this tough job! You always come thru amazingly! So any and all who want please get in touch with Carol Burke at the Co-op..., I'm not sure about home. I'll let her post that! Keep your eyes out for our next big event. First before that is Remembrance Day! Any one that has time to help please contact me! Thanks to all, see you on Remembrance Day ! See more
Hello, another note to let you know Legion Meetings startup again the first Wed in September? If you are interested in becoming a member send me a message on here and I will pass it along to the appropriate person and get you the info you need. Have a wonderful rest of your summer and we will see you in the fall.
Just a note to let you know the keeper up to date for this page , has been on summer break like the rest of the legion. I would have answered any questions posted but none have come that needed posting so my apologies if anyone feels I've gone silent. I'm still here and watching just waiting on official news from our president on any news. We have made a bit of progress I see with reno's when I drive by. The weather has been a bit of a problem with progress , but we're expecting some action soon.
Just a quick question and wish out to anyone who was at the D-Day ceremonies today and took pics please post what you can on here? It would be greatly appreciated!
