Kindersley Minor Hockey would like to thank Teine Energy for the continued support of our program! This year, instead of sponsoring tournaments like they usually do, Teine Energy contacted us in January to let us know they’d like to donate $5000 to help cover costs and keep our kids on the ice. On behalf of our members, THANK YOU!
Every year Scotiabank Hockey sponsors one of our U11 teams but this year, because everythings been a little crazy, Scotiabank donated $2000 to our Minor Hockey Association to help advance our program. We'd like to say thank you from everyone at Kindersley Minor Hockey! #ScotiabankHockeyClub

The KMS office needs a copy of your Hockey Canada receipt for the Officials Course in order to pay you back. Please email to [email protected] as soon as possible. For those who took the ref course this past weekend but aren’t able to ref a game until hockey starts again, KMH said that they will reimburse your ref fees as soon as you ref your first game, as long as it’s before December 7, 2021.
The online Coaches Evaluations link is posted on the website under the Hockey tab and then Forms. If you have a minute, let us know how your year was.

Check out the SHA Officials Webinar this Friday with HOMETOWN boy Graham Skilliter! Graham started reffing for Kindersley Minor Hockey when he was 11 and reffed his first NHL game in January of 2013 after reffing all over the world in tournaments like the 2009 World University Games, 2004 World Under 17 Challenge, 2010 World Junior exhibition games, the 2010 IIHF World Championships Division II and the 2013 Spengler Cup, held in Davos, Switzerland. I’m sure Graham will have lots of stories and advice to share with our young refs!
SHA released a memo this afternoon. Basically, it announced that there would be no consideration of return to play (games) for at least four (4) weeks and that a return to game play is unlikely to happen before the end of March https://sha.sk.ca//archi/return-to-play-update-jan-14-2021
