When life hands obstacles to me, I like to stay positive and think of how I can be a part of the solutions. When it comes to the COVID-19 Alberta Health Restrictions announcement, I am not going to act like I am content. Even so, not much has changed in my routine. I’m thankful to have been working from home over the past couple of months, although I understand that not everyone has this privilege & pleasure.... Looking back into 2020, It could be defined by its devastation. It’s sickness, pain, hurt, confusion, Anger and Injustices. ... Yet, these did not define my year. The kindness in the midst of heartache, The joy in the midst of what we had in our hands, The people who walked me through it, The love that I felt, The accolades of my best pals, The tears I cried of laughter & happiness... These are the things that come to mind. I know it’s easy to trash 2020, cause it has been a gong show. Even so, I’m thankful that for every moment I questioned goodness in the world, love & triumph made itself know twofold. So what are the positive things you are remembering this year? See more

A letter to anyone who is exhausted in this season: You are enough. Your fatigue is valid. This season is actually really hard.... Your creativity is noticed. Your opinion matters. Your passion matters. Difficultly moments are ahead but, You are enough. I hope this encourages someone today, cause I sure as heck need it. See more
