Surfing until the sun melts in to the ocean. There’s just nothing quite like it.

Switch around the apps on your phone, go to a different workout spot, brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand, end your shower on cold, park 5 minutes away on purpose and walk, eat lunch outside, just switch it up and see what happens. Have fun with it, be intentional

If you’ve ever hiked up to @alpineclubcan’s Abbot Pass Hut you know the struggle of hiking up hours of scree while rocks roll over your hands and hit your ankles. . . Fun fact: Abbot Pass Hut is located on the Continental Divide so the provincial and National Park borders run right down the middle of the hut. You can make dinner in Alberta and eat it in B.C.!

Backcountry canoe-camping for three nights on Maligne Lake in Jasper was truly magical.
