Today, the Government of Alberta announced that as of April 7 we will be moving back to Step One of the Path Forward. This means that we are no longer allowed to conduct indoor group fitness classes. As a result, the studio will be closed until further notice. We just wanted to reach out and let you know that we are here for you! Here is a list of options to keep you active and healthy during our closure:... 1. Video On Demand: if you haven't hopped on this yet, you should!! We have over 170 classes available to you all day, every day. If you are an AutoRenew member, this is included in your membership at no additional charge! Otherwise, it's only $29 per month! Message us or comment below if you have questions. It only takes minutes to set up! 2. Personal Training: at the moment, this is the only thing allowed under Step 1. If you would like to take advantage of some one-on-one in-studio training let us know! 3. Virtual Personal Training: want some one-on-one guidance without the in-person component? We've got you covered too! Our trainers will connect with you via FaceTime or Zoom to provide personal training sessions. You will need some of your own equipment at home for this option though. NEW CLASS ON SCHEDULE! What is Interval Row (Low)? Exactly like LIFT class but with short intervals of rowing in between sets! A great way to add a bit of low intensity cardio back into your workout!... Want to register but have never tried rowing? Message us here and we will set up a private one-on-one rowing session so that you can get comfortable on the rower. Trust me! Once you've tried rowing, you will love it!

Hello team! Looks like we are a go for the next schedule! This one runs from April 5 to May 8 and can be viewed online NOW! I am still confirming Monday April 5 but April 6-May 8 is a sure thing. There is a 3-per-week limit per member. There are no limits to the other classes throughout the day and the week. Take a look and organize your workouts for the next month! Thank you to the generous individuals that donated to Rita's Run last year - even without the event taking place! You recognized the importance of the cause, and saw a need for the funds to be directed towards mental health awareness. After a long delay due to Covid and together with your help, Kinetic was able to donate $3975 to the Canadian Mental Health Association Lethbridge! Well done team!

Several modifications are demonstrated, so that you can choose the option that works best for your recovering body. Dear Kinetic family, Since Thursday's announcement that high intensity group fitness classes have to be cancelled for the next two weeks, I have struggled with making a decision of what to do at our facility moving forward. Many gyms in the city are focusing on an exception in the mandate that states patrons can come into a fitness facility and use their equipment to train, hence the "open gym" concept that is being implemented. Personally, I am not comfortable with this idea..., and as such, I have decided to remain closed for the entire two weeks, as mandated by AHS. We would like to do our part in reducing the number of cases in Lethbridge, so that: 1. We can avoid further lockdowns. 2. We can help reduce the burden on our Hospital and on our health care system. 3. We can help to keep our community healthy. We are hoping for a festive, family-filled Christmas in five weeks! Two weeks is a small sacrifice in my opinion, and as a small business owner, it's the least I can do to help. I realize this isn't an ideal situation for everyone, but I hope that you will respect my decision to remain closed to fitness classes and open gym for the next two weeks. Due to the new public health measures mandated by Alberta Health Services we will be closed from November 13 - November 27. We will shifting the new schedule to begin November 28 and end January 3 Registration will still open for these classes TOMORROW at 7am We are working on a live class schedule to keep you moving for the next two weeks!
