Leanne Wright Memorial Bursary 2021 The Leanne Wright Memorial Bursary was established as a legacy to one of the Kinette Club of Wetaskiwin’s most dedicated and valued members. Grade twelve students living in Wetaskiwin County are eligible to apply for this bursary for post secondary education. For an application, email [email protected] , contact your school guidance counselor or message our Facebook page Deadline for entry is June 1,2021.

The Kinette Club of Wetaskiwin is proud to present a $2000 donation to the Wetaskiwin Food Bank. Thank you to the community of Wetaskiwin and the December to Remember market for helping to make the 15th Annual Cookie Walk a success.
Once again the dedicated ladies of the Kinette Club of Wetaskiwin have found a way to support the community in spite of COVID. With proceeds from the Pampered Chef on line party a donation of $500 was presented to Wetaskiwin Victims Services. The Kinette Club is always ready to welcome new members. If you are ready for some fun let us know!

Bursary Update!!!! We have had an update from the recipient of the Leanne Wright Bursary for 2020, and he is doing well in university. So we thought this was a good time to remind you that one Leanne Wright Bursary, in the amount of $1000, is awarded annually to a new graduate who is planning to pursue postsecondary education. All students in the city and county of Wetaskiwin who are interested in this Bursary for the fall of 2021 are invited to apply. Please keep an eye on our Kinette Facebook page, as we will post information here at a later date, on how and when to apply.
