Boozhoo, It has been brought to my attention that a parent was tested for COVID-19 and I wasn’t aware of it. Due to the high fluctuation of cases in the Kenora region this is a reminder for parents that if you are tested for covid , been in contact with anyone with covid or someone in your family has you are to self- isolate for 14 days, and your child is NOT allowed to attend daycare. Getting tested or having Covid-19 is nothing to be ashamed of and being responsible about it keeps all of us safe. Failure to follow the daycare COVID-19 policies will result in your child not being able to attend daycare. This is very serious and we need to keep all the staff, children , families and community safe. Miigwetch.
