We are using a seed mix specifically designed for the Bobolink. Once established it will provide both food and shelter for this little bird. Restoring natural habitats is important to their survival and we look forward to more tweets from the Bobolink!
Getting the job done as night falls on Muskoka.
We get ourselves into some tricky spots trying to renaturalize this planet of ours!
Oh, it's that time again! Honda Indy in Toronto! Proud to be a part of it! If you don't have your tickets, you can get them on their official site: http://hondaindy.com/
Seeding is believing. Restoring a natural habitat and a deer sauntered by as if to say thank you.
Warm breezes, swaying grass, blue sky and wispy clouds. Grass by King Hydroseeding. Clouds, breezes and blue sky by Mother Nature.
When this is finished, it will be a beautiful waterfront trail, with a stunning view of the cityscape. It takes vision, and a village, to make these things happen!
Update on the slope stabilization project as of October 11, 2017. Phase I is stabilized for winter. Phase II is underway!
Work in progress! Starting at the top of the slope. You can see the magnitude of the slope when you look at how small the hydroseeder looks perched on top of the giant mound of earth. In 2-3 years this will be filled with beautiful pink flowers providing shelter, forage, and pollinators as well as being aesthetically pleasing. In the meantime, we have to stabilize it while we give the plants time to take root.
WE ARE HIRING! If you enjoy working outdoors. If you enjoy working in a team environment with a two-man crew. If you enjoy variety and seeing new places every day. If you enjoy a challenge. And if you can lift 50 lbs and are willing to work hard, then we just might have the perfect position for you! Call us at 905-951-1101 or submit your resume to Laura at [email protected]. We'd love to hear from you!
Just happened to pick up a little something something today! :) Loading up the latest addition to our fleet, a 2016 Finn T330 Hydroseeder.
NOW PLAYING IN HOME HARDWARE! If you happen to be in Home Hardware, you might just catch our new 30 second commercial!
Sometimes it really is a work of art! Our canvas is always changing!
Sometimes it's necessary to work through the night...and when dawn breaks you can see how well we have done! Truly incredible! :)
It might look like the moon now...but wait until we're done with it!
Erosion Control Blankets are essential with grades this steep and slopes this high. Nick is 6' 5" and is dwarfed by the ditches. Nice work Nick! :)
And it goes like this...
