Kings Custom Recraft

This is a picture of a piece that my dad built many years ago. It was a singer sewing macine that belonged to my great grandmother. But the top had long since fallen apart, the machine didn't work and it was beyond restoration. Many people (especially in todays day and age) would have simply bit the bullet and put it to the curb, but my ever practical father decided to breathe new life into it and give it a new purpose in our home. I chose to include this picture because ...he was very much the inspiration behind my company and taught me much of what I know :) So do you have any broken or useless items sitting around in your garage, shed, closet or attic that are antique, memorable or have sentimental value to you? Finally finding the time to gather up some photos of my pieces in their new homes. Many thanks to those who have provided them Please take some time to have a look :)

Years ago my brother asked my dad if he could build him a custom wooden gun cabinet. The two of them worked together getting the materials and hardware and my dad designed and built the cabinet. Over time unfortunately, one of the doors started to warp slightly. So recently my brother asked me if I could build him a new set of doors for the cabinet that were a little different so that his cabinet could be a combination of mine and my fathers work. Here is the result :)

As many of you know, Julia is a very talented artist. And as I would consult with her for artistic input to my pieces she really started to take an interest in putting our 2 skills together. Her are a few examples of the unique and amazing results :)
