Good afternoon, everyone! We are, once again, receiving a high volume of calls due to the freezing temperatures and people’s pipes starting to freeze. We are trying to answer all of these calls. If your pipes are frozen and you cannot get water out of a certain tap in the home, we recommend getting a space heater and placing it near the cabinet underneath the faucet you are trying to use. If you are not getting any water out of any pipes in your home, then we recommend putting a space heater by where your main waterline comes into your home out of the ground. The supply chain for certain materials has been precarious at best over the past year due to the pandemic. With the onset of the flooding and mudslides and the subsequent closures of roads and highways we anticipate even greater shortages and wait times for certain basic materials. This may lead to longer wait times before we can do your plumbing job or to us having to re schedule altogether. Please be careful out there!

Good morning! Since coming home from our little vacation last night, Clay has been receiving emergency calls and is already hard at work trying to assist everyone. We’re still here! We’ve been swamped to the max but got some quality family time in today with our girls. With spring upon us and people starting to use their outside taps for the first time this year, we just wanted to give a friendly reminder to double check the inside of your home. Cracks as seen on this tap can happen when hoses are left connected to the outside tap through the winter. These cracks cause leaks but only when the tap is in use. From now until May 31, 2021, we will be offering 10% off on all outside tap replacements. This offer will be combinable with our senior’s discount. A morning off means spring cleaning is in full force at Kingdom Plumbing! We’ve also recruited some (very small) helping hands. First up was a clean and grease for the k50 cable, next up is a good cleaning, inside & out, for our trusty wheels! Grateful for beautiful spring mornings and the promise of warmer weather.

Well, the end of another month is approaching us and we have been pretty quiet on our social media. What a busy month it has been! February has been one of our busiest ones yet. Once again, our hearts are full of gratitude. Thank you friends, clients, and contractors for another outstanding month in business! We appreciate you all more than words can say.
