We just noticed that our after-hours voicemail service decided to take the weekend off. If you tried to reach us this weekend and weren’t able to leave a message, we apologize for the inconvenience. It is now working again, should you need to leave us a message before our office opens again tomorrow morning.

There is a phone scam going around in our area that advertises products that claim to revive and keep septic systems healthy along with extending the time between septic tank pumping, or eliminating the need for pumpings altogether. While it's tempting to think that there are some magic bacteria that can eliminate the need for physical maintenance of your septic system, they have, unfortunately, not been invented yet, and some additives may actually be harmful for your system. Just a friendly reminder to please keep your distance from our drivers. Normally people don't want to get too close when we do our job ;-) but we've had to remind a few customers lately to please back up and keep a safe distance. Just remember, it's nothing personal, but in a small business like ours, one person getting sick can put the whole operation in jeopardy. And we want to be available for you next time you run into a smelly problem.

COVID-19 Virus The recent outbreak in Canada of the Covid-19 virus (Corona Virus) has resulted in a number of precautions put in place by public authorities. In order to do our part to assist health care professionals in limiting the spread of the virus, as well as to protect our employees and customers, we are implementing a number of simple procedures here within our company, effective immediately: We are instructing our staff to maintain a distance of two arms’ lengths f...rom customers during this time, in line with public health recommendations its nothing personal. We are asking customers not to pay our drivers, but to provide credit cards when booking appointments. We in turn will email you an invoice and/or a receipt once the job has been completed and the payment processed. Please do not come to our office to pay in person during this time. We are trying to limit contact, and may have office staff working from home to help with childcare needs. We are still available by phone and email of course. As a small business, this has the potential to have a large impact on us should our employees become ill. We ask for our customers’ understanding as we all try to ride out this outbreak together.
