First handful of flowers this year! Hi, I’m Kelsey - Happy spring! A little bit about me... I love the beach, my pets, my boys and gardening. I have worked in park planning for almost 10 years and am now bringing residential landscape design and garden coaching into the mix! I am a flower-farmer wannabe and sell garden bouquets at my Stirling Ave Flower Stand and also get to work on some beautiful properties with ALDER Environmental Services... I am so grateful to be in this space where I can continue work on our beautiful parks and push myself in new directions at the same time. Thanks to everyone who has been supportive as I’ve found myself making some big changes and chasing some big dreams. In excited anticipation for a unique and diverse year - Thank you!

So you can imagine my delight when I found a stack I had already cleaned yay! ...and I got my butt in gear and cleaned some more

Curly Kale! Do you grow veggies? Kale is such a rewarding and easy plant to grow, and nutritious too! What about flowers? Bring more life, colour and movement to your veggie patch by mixing in some cutting flowers, plus they are a joy to admire on the kitchen table! If the idea of flowers in your garden is new to you, head over and read my last blog post for the reasons why I grow flowers. Maybe this will inspire you to try it too!
