Sitting at a desk for hours may lead to tension and tightness in your back, neck and shoulders. To prevent the pain, take a quick stretch break or even better, get up and move around. Try this trapezius stretch if you’re stuck at your desk! In sitting position, slowly bring your right ear to your right shoulder. Gently place your right hand over your head and let it rest for slightly more pressure.... Take your left hand and reach under your seat to increase the stretch. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
