Laser engraved flasks. Of course the raven is the first image.
Just got these guys back from Van's School of Blacksmithing where he heat treated and tempered them for us. They need cleaning and polishing, but the bevelling and shaping is great. First picture is post tempering, the second is right from the belts.
In 2013 I made six shoulder harness sets for some motorbikers in Ottawa. Dude reaches out to me today, with a picture of my harness, not knowing it was mine, asking me to make one like it. 8 years old and still going. Something we're working on. Deciding on antler scales or maple. The snap stud will be an antler disc. Image from public domain photo worked on in photoshop then lasered out using an Ortur Laser Master2 20watt laser. The images were etched into the 440c stainless blade. This knife is huge at 15" long and 1.75" wide. Will mount a stainless finger guard and pin using mosaic pins.
Engraved this today...hail Odin.
Upgrade complete. No Cancer achievement accomplished.
