Update day 42 Big week for the contractors this week. I was hoping to don't experience delays.....there was zero delay, so we are still on schedule :).

Another unit ready for tenants :) This unit also features a 1 1/2 size garage.

Update day 36 Will the reinforced stay at home order will affect the contractor's work this week? Not 100% sure yet, but what I know is that we will keep pushing

Day 20 of this project. Few little things to complete to have the upstairs 4 bedrooms unit ready. Next on the list, the secondary suite transformation. Hopefully the announcement of another lockdown will not affect this projects too much
