Chiropractic services have been deemed essential by the Ontario Government; we will remain open during this phase of lockdowns with the continued highest standards of safety protocols. We will only be allowing one client in the office at a time and ask that while waiting for your appointment time that you please wait in your car to be called in. Through this difficult time, we ask for your patience and understanding as we are following all government guidelines in order to ensure patient safety as well as our own. Thank you for your ongoing support of local small businesses.

To all clients of Kingston Chiropractic and Rehabilitation, I personally want to thank you for your understanding and treating this COVID-19 situation with the seriousness that it so requires. It is at this time with advice from Health Canada and the Ontario Chiropractic Association that we will be closing for the next week. Please be aware that if you require urgent care for an acute pain, that I will be checking emails and messages daily. Emergency appointments will be e...valuated on a case-by-case basis. If your regular appointment is considered maintenance or prevention please allow us to postpone your appointment as we attempt to flatten the curve with regards to COVID-19. Please bear with us as we rebook your appointment in the next few weeks. We will and are able to offer advice, stretches, rehabilitation programs, and even a few jokes through email and direct messaging. Please don’t hesitate to call or email. We thank you for supporting small businesses and look forward to seeing and assisting everyone once we have all done our part to help stem-the-tide of the viral spread. Stay healthy and make sure to keep your spirits high. Thank you for your support and understanding. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Dr. Michael J. Korczynski

A quick video message from Mayor Paterson explaining the new mandatory changes to local Kingston businesses. "Hello Kingston. Today our Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Moore, issued a public health order that will now require masks to be worn inside any indoor public setting. That means masks will be required for going into grocery stores, retail stores, restaurants, hair and nail salons, as well as community centres, houses of worship, libraries, and inside buses and t...axis. Now today's move comes in response to the recent rise in active COVID-19 cases that we've seen over the last few days that have been traced to a nail salon in the west end of the city. KFL&A Public Health is asking anyone that attended Binh's Nail Salon in the Metro Plaza at Bath and Gardiners Rd. to get tested for COVID-19 and to self quarantine for 14 days from the day at which they visited the salon. Now with this recent rise in COVID-19 cases, it's a good reminder of the importance of following public health rules and guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This rise in new cases was not unexpected, but as a community we can do better. Over the next year, we're going to see successive waves of new COVID cases but we can minimize their impact by making sure we stay vigilant by wearing masks, washing hands, and practicing physical distancing."
