Kingston Parkour

We're trying a new class schedule! All classes are at Confederation Park and are $20 per person. Thursday 5-6 Introduction to Parkour (Ages 6-8) 6-7 Introduction to Parkour (Ages 9-13)... 7-8:30 Introduction to Parkour (Ages 14-40+) Friday 5-6 Intermediate Kids Class (Invite Only) 6-7:30 Introduction to Parkour (Ages 14-40+) 7:30-9 Intermediate Adults Class (Invite Only)

Hey all! There will be an informal jam 5:00pm Friday the 7th at Confederation Basin. We will be moving around to different spots later so if you think you will be late let us know so someone can text you were we are! We will be physical distancing. Bring a mask and hand sanitizer if you have it.

Coach Curtis teamed up with the folks at the Movement School to run this great workshop at Our Lady of Good Counsel school to teach all of their K to 8 students parkour. Check out a bit of the action!
